Kelva buy Emcebee Industrial Technologies B.V.

Kelva, leading web cleaning equipment company, has bought assets and brands of the Dutch web cleaning and filter system company, Emcebee Industrial Technologies B.V., developer of the well known Cleanflow® system.

Kelva will be marketing Emcebee web cleaning systems and filter systems throughout their entire worldwide network. One of the best known products developed by Emcebee is Cleanflow®, a system that reduces consumption of cleaning solutions adding considerable savings to the industry. The purchase will give customers easier access to Emcebee special applications by using Kelva´s global network for sales and service. In addition, the Emcebee product line of non-contact web cleaning and filter systems will give Kelva´s customers an improved and wider range of products within the paper and board market.

Kelva will establish a new company with office in Utrecht, and continue to work with the brand Emcebee. Hermanus Bakker, former MD of Emcebee, will take the role as Technical Sales Manger for the Kelva Group with a focus on the continued development of the non-contact web cleaning and filter systems.
