Kelva´s Contact Web Cleaning

The contact cleaner is available for both single- and double-sided continuous contact web cleaning. Specially formulated polymer rollers lift and transfer contaminates from the web surface to easily replaceable adhesive rolls. The polymer roller is shaped to give a very good contact to the web – even at low pressure. As a result, all three layers are broken and the  contaminations are easily lifted and transferred.The static discharger, located after the cleaner, secures that the web does not re-attract dust after passing through the cleaner.
